Start from a supplier compliance template, then write your own requirements in your own words. They persist between runs.

DataStruct finds the evidence
Hybrid semantic and keyword search across the whole set, then it separates what it can support from what it cannot.

Confirm, reject, or mark for follow-up. Each decision is attributed and logged. DataStruct records no verdict of its own.

The boundary
DataStruct prepares the evidence. Your team decides.
Each finding separates what DataStruct could support from what it relied on but could not confirm, and from material that is merely related. Those three are never merged, and the system records no verdict of its own. A named reviewer confirms, rejects, or marks for follow-up, and that decision is attributed and logged.
That is a deliberate design choice, not a limitation we are working around. In compliance work the reviewer is accountable for the judgement, so the tool’s job is to find the evidence, show its source, and be explicit about what it could not find.

Who is the pilot for?
Compliance, quality and risk teams working through document-heavy evidence reviews: supplier compliance, audit preparation, due diligence and internal compliance evidence.
Can we sign up ourselves?
No. There is no self-serve sign-up during the private beta. Every Founding Customer is onboarded personally. Book a demo to start.
What should we bring?
One real evidence set, such as a supplier file or an audit you are preparing now, and the requirements you would otherwise check by hand.
What happens to our documents when the pilot ends?
We remove your workspace’s documents and derived data on request and confirm it. Deleting a document in the app is a soft delete; the stored file is removed by a purge we run and confirm. The full detail is on our security page.
