Each finding separates what DataStruct could support from what it relied on but could not confirm, and from material that is merely related. Those three are never merged, and the system records no verdict of its own — a named reviewer confirms, rejects, or marks for follow-up, and that decision is attributed and logged.
That is a deliberate design choice, not a limitation we are working around. In compliance work the reviewer is accountable for the judgement, so the tool's job is to find the evidence, show its source, and be explicit about what it could not find.
