Is there a free trial?
No. The way in is the £750, 30-day Founding Customer pilot, onboarded personally with AI processing included. The free tools run in your browser if you want to try the idea first.
Do you charge per query or for overages?
No. Plans include governed AI usage scaled to the deployment. We do not meter individual queries. If you consistently exceed the included usage, that is a tier conversation, not a billing line item.
Can we use our own AI provider account?
Not today. Every AI call runs on DataStruct’s managed OpenAI account, under per-organisation daily and monthly caps. Customer-managed AI, including Azure OpenAI, is on the enterprise roadmap.
Do you offer a Data Processing Addendum?
Yes, on request, together with the sub-processor list published in our privacy policy. Standard Contractual Clauses are available on request.
