How pricing is built
Pricing depends on document volume, users, domain packs, deployment model, and integration requirements. All plans include governed (fair) AI usage scaled to the deployment size; we do not meter individual queries or surprise customers with overages. If you consistently exceed the included usage, that is a tier upgrade conversation, not a billing line item.
AI provider model
DataStruct AI runs on managed AI infrastructure by default, so you can start quickly without procuring an AI provider account. Usage is governed by per-organisation cost caps (daily and monthly) configured to your contract: you cannot accidentally exceed them, and we audit-log every AI call.
For Business and Enterprise deployments, customer-managed AI provider arrangements (including Azure OpenAI for procurement-driven environments) are on the enterprise roadmap. Contact us to discuss timelines and which model fits your data-handling requirements.
