Contract Compliance Rule Pack
A rule pack that checks contracts against four criteria you control: limitation of liability cap presence, indemnification clause, governing law specification, and confidentiality obligations. Each rule produces an evidence-backed result with a configured severity, for reviewer sign-off.

Rules return a result with the evidence behind it, for a reviewer to act on. They are deterministic checks you configure, not compliance decisions.
